ERP Implementation and Integration
A rapidly growing women’s apparel company was at a critical juncture in their company’s lifecycle. Knowing there was a need to abandon spreadsheets and manual processes, they licensed an ERP but lacked the expertise to implement and integrate it. G’Stato was asked to manage the implementation of their NetSuite ERP along with a new warehouse management system and integrate all components with their ecommerce platform using an iPaaS product, Boomi. To date, G’Stato has led the business and technology teams for the following projects:
- NetSuite for Financials and the Order to Cash lifecycle which leveraged Dell Boomi as an integration platform exchanging transactions with their existing ecommerce application.
- The warehouse spreadsheet processes were replaced by selecting and deploying an enterprise warehouse management application which increased inventory accuracy, established formal operational processes and used barcode scanning to drive labor efficiencies.
- Vendor selection and deployment to replatform their Product Lifecycle Management application
- Implementation of a Material Management application
